How do I conquer stress?
I'm sure the coming examination period is the time where head-scratching and nailbiting comes back into your lives. (Not that we actually do that.LOL)

Heres some tips that can help fight that anxiety of yours:

1.Listen to soothing, classical music when you're studying.
It must not be lyrical as it may interfere with the infomation you're trying to absorb.

2.Quit lying on the bed while studying as the bad posture may make you feel sleepy.

3.Snacking may help you keep awake but avoid trans-fatty snacks such as chips and chocolate as they will not only make you overeat but fried food is VERY VERY bad for the brain.

4.Take power naps. 15-30 mins of sleep will give you sufficient energy to refresh your brain and start again with a clear mind( Of course including the stuff that you've learnt before you napped)

5.Wash your face when you feel sleepy or go out for a walk. Fresh air is always necessary in relaxing your mind and body.
